Elvis Impersonator Sues Ricin Suspect

ALCORN COUNTY, Miss. — You might remember Paul Kevin Curtis, he was the original person suspected of sending ricin laced letters to President Obama, Senator Roger Wicker, and Miss. Judge Sadie Holland. Six day after his arrest, he was cleared of those charges.

Curtis is now suing James Everett Dutschke, the current ricin suspect, who is accused of framing him. Curtis says he was portrayed as a terrorist and lost income because he was no longer marketable as an Elvis impersonator.
