Finding Myra Lewis: Memphis Sighting Not Myra, Search Continues

MEMPHIS, Tenn.–After three different people said they saw a child who looked a lot like Myra Lewis at the Discovery Inn Motel in south Memphis Tuesday evening, police searched for the little girl the people saw until the found her. It was not Myra.

The two-year-old has been missing since March 1, when she was last seen by her mom, Ericka Lewis, at their Camden home in Madison County.

It was near that home Wednesday where crews were again searching a pond, a pond that has been searched before.

Madison County deputies and the FBI have fielded calls from as far away as Washington state, with possible sightings, but so far, none have panned out.

Myra Lewis is 2, black, just under three ft., weights 27 lbs, and was last seen wearing a turquoise sweater with a bear on it and khaki pants.

If you see her, call the FBI at 601-948-5000, or the Madison County Sheriff’s Dept. at 601-859-2345.
