PASCAGOULA, Miss.- The former owner of Jackson County Memorial Park was sentenced Friday to an eight-year suspended sentence and placed on probation for three years. The sentence is for misappropriation of funds and felony false pretense.

The Sun Herald reported, prosecutors said 82-year-old Ruby Nell Morgan pleaded guilty in 2011 to four counts of misappropriation of funds and seven on felony false pretense.
