Governor Bryant has unveiled Mississippi’s newest standard license plate.
In 2014, legislation was introduced and signed to add the United States motto “In God We Trust” to the state seal. Now, the new seal will be prominently featured on the new Mississippi license plate, according to a tweet from Governor Bryant.
I was proud to sign legislation in 2014 that added the United States National Motto, “In God We Trust,” to the Mississippi State Seal. The new license plate will be available for Mississippi motorists in January 2019.
