HATTIESBURG, Miss. — Judge William Coleman this afternoon denied Mayor Johnny DuPree’s motion to throw out Dave Ware’s claims of voter irregularities. Lawyers for Dupree had argued that even if Ware’s claims are proven true, Dupree would still be ahead of him by four votes. The Judge’s decision now means the case will go to trail. Jury selection is set to start at 10:30 Tuesday morning.
