JACKSON, Miss.- It’s Christmas! And it might just be time to start a new holiday tradition.

Whether you’re getting together with family and friends or doing the holidays solo this year, you can take a drive through Christmas in the Park in Tylertown. Enjoy over 40 acres of Christmas lights at the Holmes Water Park. Admission is cheap and they’re open nightly from 6-8:30 pm.

Looking for some more lights to gaze at? Drive through the 18th Annual Southern Lights at Central Park in Southaven. They’re open through Dec. 31st, except on Christmas day, for you to enjoy 116-acres of twinkling lights. Don’t forget to tune into the FM radio stations as you drive through for synchronized music.

And over in Meridian is the 48th Annual Trees of Christmas. The historic Merrehope and F.W. Williams home is festively decked out with over 20 beautiful Christmas trees. Have your very own private tour and enjoy a yearly celebration of the Christmas season.

Merry Christmas from News Mississippi.
