42 year-old Michael Richard Woodruff, of Iuka, was arrested at his home by Tishomingo Sheriff’s deputies on an outstanding warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
He was an absconder listed by the Mississippi Department of Public Safety, sex offender list.
Woodruff was officially charged with failure to register- sex offender and his bond was set at $40,000.
