CALHOUN COUNTY, Miss.–Molesting and even raping a child under 12, plus possessing child pornography are charges against Aaron Patane, 36, of Derma, in Calhoun County. He was arrested Tuesday after police raided his home.
Sheriff Greg Pollan told media that the Dept. of Human Services got the ball rolling on the investigation Friday when they interviewed the victim. That’s when they called the law. The sheriff’s department got a search warrant and took computers, cell phones and a tablet from the house.
Those electronic devices have been sent to Jackson to see if there are any more victims involved and if there is any more child pornography.
There could be more charges.
