Keeping Your Kids Safe: Prison Time for Two for Child Pornography

LAMAR COUNTY, Miss.–Having child pornography on their computer means time in the state pen for two men from Lamar County. They both pleaded guilty this week.

Hunter Richardson Howell, 31, of Hattiesburg, and Robert Shawn Sumrall, 29, of Purvis, both had “multiple images” of child pornography when they were arrested by the attorney general’s Cyber Crime unit.

Both men will spend five years in the system, with five suspended.
