Keeping You Safe: Kidnapper Could Be in Mississippi

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla.–Your help is needed in identifying the man in the sketch above. He is one of the people who kidnapped, threatened and sexually assaulted a woman from Panama City Beach, Fla. June 27. The FBI says he has ties to Mississippi.

The woman was later found alive, but only one of the men responsible was found and arrested. His name was Jacobo Feliciano-Francisco, a.k.a. Uriel Castillo-Ochoa, 30. He was indicted on five counts in the case.

The man in the sketch has not been ID’d and the FBI wants any info you may have on who he is and where he may be. Call the Jacksonville Field Office at (904) 248-7000.
