KEMPER COUNTY, Miss.–Molesting an underage girl is the charge against Michael Dubbs, 63, of Carthage. He was picked up Monday by authorities from Kemper County, where the molestation may have happened.
Kicks967.com reported that Dubbs is charged on two counts. The child lives in Kemper County.
Sheriff James Moore said it may have happened four or five times, starting in August or September of last year, but that his department was able to make a solid case for two counts.
Dubbs’ bond was set at $100,000.
