Keeping Your Kids Safe: Former Principal Sentenced, Caledonia Man Arrested

CALEDONIA, Miss.–Exploitation of a child, the charge against 44-year-old Kenneth Franks of Caledonia who was arrested this week. The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Dept. hasn’t given out much information on the case, but did tell media they served a search warrant at the man’s home.

Meanwhile the guy who was in charge of kids, the former principal of Hazlehurst Middle School, will spend 20 years behind bars for molesting his former foster child . Jason Case, 37, got 15 years on each of two counts this week. The judge suspended 10 years.

The molestation happened in 2011 while the child was in his care for several months.
