GULFPORT, Miss. — How much do you think 12 kilos of cocaine is worth? Apparently it is worth an entire bar. In Gulfport, Victor Williams is being held behind bars. Williams does not own the Eclipse Sports Bar, just the building that it is housed in. That did not spot him from offering to trade it for a whole lot of cocaine according to the DEA.
Williams had been under investigation by the DEA since June 3 when he started meeting with a supposed cocaine dealer who was actually a confidential source that works for the DEA. Before Williams could finalize the deal at a hotel, he was arrested in the parking lot.
Williams has been denied bond. If convicted he could spend 10 years to life in prison.
