53 year-old Terry Jerry White, of Dennis, was officially charged with failure to register as a sex offender after he changed his address and did not notify authorities, which is required under state law.
Sheriff John Daugherty warns residents of Tishomingo County, that also have criminal records like White, to keep their physical locations known to officials because they continually check up on registered sex offenders.
White’s bond was set at $5,000.00.
