OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss.- Two people dead and one man in the hospital as a result of an angry ex-boyfriend.
The ex-boyfriend of 36-year-old Amanda R. Salas shot her and her current boyfriend outside her house Sunday.
Lt. Detective Bruce Spearnock told The Sun Herald that 42-year-old Patrick Norman, of Hoover Ala., shot her and 30-year-old Christopher Dale Prevost, both from Ocean Springs, while they were in a vehicle outside her home. Norman pulled up behind them, approached the car and then shot them both. He killed Salas and shot Prevost in the shoulder, sending him to the hospital. Norman then shot and killed himself.
Police Capt. William Jackson said Salas had two teenage children in the home at the time of the shooting.
