HAZLEHURST, Miss.- A man was shot while live streaming on social media his girlfriend cheating on him at a motel on Sunday morning.
Willie Reese was shot after he walked into the motel room where he caught his girlfriend cheating on him with a man named Daniel Jackson. Authorities confirmed he was shot after repeatedly taunting the man.
The incident happened at the America’s Best Value Inn around 7:30 on Sunday morning.
The cellphone video was posted on Facebook and feature Reese yelling, “I don’t give a —- about that pistol. I don’t give a — about that,” Which then led to Jackson shooting him in the thigh.
He was transported to UMMC to undergo treatment and the authorities were contacted by citizens.
Jackson did turn himself in and is being charged with aggravated assault. He is being held at the Copiah County Detention Center with a $10,000 bond.
