The Mississippi Department of Transportation has announced that a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held for the completion of the Highway 27 and Lee Avenue roundabout in Copiah County.

The ribbon will be cut on Friday, March 10 at 2 p.m. The project reconstructed the intersection with a single-lane roundabout that will help the severity of crashes.

In attendance will be Transportation Commissioner Dick Hall, Crystal Springs Mayor Sally Garland, County Line Baptist Church Pastor Jimmy Errington, MDOT District 3 engineer Kevin Magee and other members of the Mississippi Department of Transportation.
