After suffering from a neck injury in Ole Miss’ win over Arkansas in October, D.K. Metcalf had surgery and went on to declare for the NFL Draft.

With the NFL Combine about a month away, Metcalf has been cleared for all football activity, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Considered one of the top WRs in the upcoming draft, Metcalf will now have the opportunity to prove that he is healthy and ready for the NFL through private workouts and at February’s combine. The neck injury was his second season-ending injury at Ole Miss after he broke his foot early in his freshman season.

He came back from the foot injury to earn All-SEC honors in 2017 while catching 7 TDs.

At 6’4, 230 pounds, Metcalf finished his Ole Miss career with 67 catches for 1,228 yards and 14 TDs.
