LEAKE COUNTY, MISS– Mississippi Highway Patrol Officer Willie Triplett of Philadelphia died Sunday of a heart attack, says the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
It happened while he was working his second job at Piggly Wiggly. Triplett’s daughter found him and tried CPR, but he died at the hospital.
Triplett graduated with the MHP class of 2007.
