Rain is making things complicated for the Mississippi Gulf Resort Classic Golf Tournament at Fallen Oak in Biloxi. Round one of the tourney is put off until tomorrow. Round one will start at 7am, then round 2 at 12:30. The rain is expected to be moved out by then.
