Mississippi Military Man Guilty of Selling Drugs

GULFPORT, Miss. – He protected your country and now he’s caught up in the drug trade.

David Cooper of Gulfport has pleaded guilty to trying distribute prescription drugs.

Cooper made a plea deal with the government in order to get some of the other charges dropped.

His wife Ragina, is already trouble for not telling authorities that her husband was involved in the drug trade.

Cooper could get up to 5 years behind bars.
