Here’s a quick look at what is happening across the state this weekend.

In North Mississippi, head on over to the Oxford courthouse lawn Saturday morning where they will have over 30 vendors with a wide variety of handmade and homegrown goods at Oxford’s Makers Market. Live music by The Kites will begin at noon.

In Central Mississippi, The Annual Cruzin’ Clinton Car Show is set to take place Saturday morning. Register to ride in the car parade at 9 a.m. After the show, everyone is invited for food, music, and fun on the brick streets of Clinton.

In South Mississippi, get ready to share some love in Gulfport and celebrate Mardi Gras in the Fall with Mississippi’s Walk for Diabetes. The gulf coast’s walk will be held at Jones Park in Gulfport. Registration will begin bright and early at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The walk will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by an early lunch at the finish line. Attendees are asked to come in costume or wearing a team walk shirt. Mardi Gras themed strollers and wagons decorated as floats are encouraged.
