Officially Winter in Mississippi, Feels Like Spring

Jackson, Miss–The second day of winter feeling more like late spring across the state today, with high temps and lots of rain.

North Mississippi, temps in the upper 60’s, with a chance of rain all throughout the day.

70’s for the high for Central Mississippi, cloudy, rainy, with a chance of storms tonight as temps drop to the 60’s.

And in south Mississippi, 70’s, you’ll see some rain as well with a small chance of storms, temps dropping into the 60’s overnight.

Wednesday is when you can see storms across the state. North Mississippi, tornadoes possible with high winds, lots of rain, and maybe hail.

Central Mississippi there’s a chance of storms for you as well, less likely for tornadoes but still a chance, with high winds, hail, and some flash flooding possible.

Looking ahead to Christmas.. more of the same. Rainy, warm, highs in the upper 70’s dropping into the 60’s for the lows.
