Pleasant Work Week, Temps Take an Upward Turn

JACKSON, Miss.–The rain is gone and temps are expected to take an upward turn after your Monday, leaving Mississippi with somewhat warmer weather and a slight chance of rain by Thursday.

Today’s high will be generally in the mid 70s, with sunny skies. That will last until at least Thursday, but the sun will still be out, with slight rain and pop-up thunderstorm chances in the afternoon.

Highs Tuesday will reach the mid 80s and will remain there for the rest of the week. South Mississippi and the coast might get just a bit warmer, possibly seeing upper 80s by Friday.
