Premium Waters to expand business to Hinds County

JACKSON, MISS– Premium Waters Inc. has announced plans to build a $25 million dollar water bottle manufacturing and filling facility in Hinds County. 

The Mississippi Development Authority said the new project will create 42 new jobs.

“We went through a rigorous site selection process and are very pleased to have selected Hinds County to build our technically advanced bottled water facility,” said Bernie Zarda, Premium Waters vice president of supply chain.

The Minneapolis-based company has production facilities across the Midwest and in Texas, Georgia and Tennessee.

Construction on the facility will begin within the month, with production scheduled to start in April.
