Recall on Hostess snacks

JACKSON, Miss.- The brand Hostess has announced they are recalling about 710,000 cases of their products.

The company says items like Zingers and Ding Dongs might have been contaminated with peanut residue in the flour that was used to make those snacks.

The products were sold all across the United States and Mexico anywhere from a dollar store to a convenience store.

If you have a sensitivity or allergy to peanuts please return the products you purchased for a full refund.

Hostess has received two notices of an allergic reaction related to the product.
