U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission– Crawley II Executive Chairs made from 2012 to 2015, are being recalled all across the country.
The chairs were sold in every state, including Mississippi, through Office Depot, Office Max, and online through those stores.
The plate welded on the bottom of the chair can break, causing a fall hazard, says Marcus Christon with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Those who purchased the chair are encouraged to return it to their local Office Depot for a refund or replacement. The chairs costs about $140.
The affected chairs have Office Depot SKU number 493822 or OfficeMax item number 23324118 and “US REG. No. PA 25917(CN)” printed on a label located on the underside of the seat cushion.
So far, 8 breaks have been reported, but no injuries.
