Ricin Letter Sender Sentenced to 45 Years on Fondling Charges

LEE COUNTY, Miss. – James Everett Dutschke has been sentenced to 45 years in prison on charges of fondling underage girls when he was a martial arts instructor in Tupelo. He will serve 20 behind bars, alongside the 25 years he received for sending ricin laced letters to President Barak Obama, Senator Roger Wicker and a Lee County Judge last year. The other 25 years for the fondling charge were suspended.

Dutschke will also have to register as a sex offender.
