Second Amendment Sales Tax weekend kicks off Friday

PEARL, Miss.- It’s a big weekend for Mississippi outdoors men, the annual Second Amendment Sales Tax holiday is the perfect time to stock up on gear. 

The holiday began in 2014 and gives hunters an opportunity to buy guns, ammunition, sights and other supplies necessary for their sport without paying a sales tax.

The sale begins on Friday and it ends on Sunday at 11:59 p.m. and for a full list of rules and items that can be purchased please visit www.dor.ms.gov
