WAYNE COUNTY, Miss.- Christopher Donald Beam was charged with lustful touching of a child.
Wayne County police arrested Beam and charged him with five counts of lustful touching of a child and five counts of enticing a child under 18 years of age with an electronic device for sexual purposes.
The Sheriff’s Department says the case will remain under investigation and presented to a grand jury.
