BRANDON, MISS–The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has canceled a Silver Alert for 77-year-old Milton Finch, Jr. The Brandon man was found unharmed in the parking lot of the Eudora Welty Library in Jackson, according to Brandon police.
Finch is described as a black male, five feet, four inches tall weighing 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in the Shelby Circle area in Brandon at about 4:25 Sunday afternoon wearing blue jeans and a gray shirt. He was driving a red 1989 Toyota Camry bearing Mississippi license plate A27122. Family members say he suffers from a medical condition that could impair his judgement.
