Six-figure No-Call List Fine Handed Down

JACKSON, Miss.–The Mississippi Public Service Commission has handed down a $420,00 fine for violating the no-call list.

The company penalized is Tailbone LLC. out of Boyton Beach, Florida.

Commissioner Brandon Presley (D-Nettleton) said they specifically violated the the “No-Call” law by not registering or purchasing the list, contacting people that were on the list, and using an automatic calling system to communicate with people.

Tailbone LLC. will prohibited from telephone soliciting in the state and/or buying the “No-Call” list until the fine is paid in full.

You can register to be on the Mississippi Do Not Call list at the Commission’s website (www.psc.state.ms.us).
