Stabbing a Toddler: Why a Biloxi Mom Could Get Deported

GULFPORT, MISS– A woman who police say stabbed her three-year-old son could get deported if she is found guilty. 

Nomatter Gava-Hudson, of Biloxi.is in the Harrison County Lockup on a $1 million bond, charged with the attempted murder of her three year old son. Police say the stabbing happened at Jones Park. Hudson’s husband screamed for help and a witness nearby called 911.

If Hudson is found guilty, she could be deported back to her home country of Zimbabwe. Legally she cannot be deported until the legal issues have been completed.
