LOUISVILLE, Miss. – State Senator Giles Ward Wednesday announced at the Neshoba County Fair Wednesday that he is not running for re-election. The state senator lived through tornadoes year at his home in Louisville this year and says he wants to spend more time with his family at their farm in Winston County.
“There are a lot of reasons why my family and I have made that decision, but most of them are personal in nature,” said Giles.
Ward has served on in the state senate since 2007.
