JACKSON, Miss. – The Mississippi Supreme Court says they are not going to rehear State Senator Chris McDaniel’s request for unredacted poll books. He wanted to look at poll books in Harrison County without the voter’s personal information blacked out so he could distinguish between voters with similar names.
Justices Michael Randolph, James W. Kitchens and David Chandler wrote in an attached letter that they supported McDaniel’s motion because “assuring the integrity of the electoral process is a matter of the highest priority,” but it was not enough to swing the decision.
