On Monday, the Olive Branch Police Department made a Pleasant Hill Elementary School student’s dream come true.

11 year-old Ryley Foster has always wanted to be a police officer and that dream came true after he was sworn in as an honorary officer by Mayor Scott Phillips.

The department stated that Officer Foster is now their agency’s youngest officer.

“Happy 11th Birthday from Chief Don Gammage and your brothers and sisters here at the Olive Branch Police Department. Welcome to the family, Officer Foster!”
