Study: Concerts help you live longer

Going to a live concert once every two weeks can help you live longer, up to nine years longer, according to a new study.

British concert promoter O2 paired up with scientist Patrick Fagan who found “just 20 minutes of [concert] time resulting in a significant 21% increase in feelings of wellbeing.”

That’s better than those who did yoga (10%) or walked the dog (7%).
