Captain Steve Powell with the McComb Police Department confirmed that 20 year-old Devante J. Taylor fled from officers and crashed into the Whittington Law Office when officers attempted to stop him from speeding.
After the crash, Taylor jumped out of the vehicle and ran. He was later caught at an intersection.
Captain Powell said Taylor was charged for speeding, no tag, no drivers license, no insurance, possession of marijuana, and he had a warrant for domestic violence.
