OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss.- Jackson county officials confirm that a teenager was robbed and stabbed Monday night in Ocean Springs. Jackson County Sheriff Mike Ezell told WLOX that it happened near a fireworks stand at the intersection of Palmetto Drive and Beachview Avenue.
The victim was driven to Ocean Springs hospital by a friend, Ezell said that he is expected to recover.
No arrests have been made, and the incident is still under investigation.
