The Death of Vice-Pres. Biden’s Son: Mississippi Leaders React

WASHINGTON, D.C.–Vice-President. Joe Biden lost his son Beau to brain cancer Saturday after what may have been a battle of several months. Mississippi’s governor and attorney general sent condolences.

“Deborah and I send our condolences and prayers to Vice President Biden on the loss of his son Beau. As a father, I can only imagine the grief of such a loss. I pray the Good Lord will assuage the pain and comfort the family of this fine young man,” said Gov. Bryant in a statement.
