The Other Side of the “Dark Money” Coin

HB1205 has passed both the Mississippi House and Senate, and it is sitting on the Governor’s desk awaiting his signature. The Bill, if signed into law,  would protect the personal information of donors to non-profit organizations, but it has opponents and we still have questions as to how it will impact our campaign finance laws in Mississippi.
