OXFORD, Miss. – They’ve taken down the state flag at Ole Miss.
Campus police walked up, lowered the flag, and then walked it over to be preserved at the University Archives.
All this follows votes from both the student body and the university faculty, asking to take it down.
The state flag has been a hot button issue ever since the Charleston Church shooting back in June.
