NESHOBA COUNTY, MISS– Presumptive Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is not scheduled to appear at the Neshoba County Fair, according to a statement released by the fair association.
“We appreciate greatly the efforts of the Mississippi Trump campaign personnel have expended in an attempt to secure Mr. Trump to speak at the Fair,” said Neshoba County Fair Association President Gilbert Donald said in a statement. “The Board of Directors, staff, and management of the Fair have been diligent in preparing for his possible visit, but we understand the complexity of his campaign schedule and the internal planning that goes into making campaign appearances. The Fair Association will continue to work in implementing this year’s scheduled activities.”
The 127th Annual Neshoba County Fair is scheduled for July 22-July 29. Visit neshobacountyfair.org for a list of events and attractions with the fair.
