TUPELO, Miss.- Due to the threat of severe weather blood drives and the donor center were shut down which resulted in a loss of blood supply.
United Blood Services is asking for the help of Tupelo residents to get the supply back up. They want to make sure there is enough blood for patients who need it locally.
If you would like to donate blood please make sure you meet the following requirements:
- At least 16 years old, with signed permission from parent or guardian
- Weigh at least 110 pounds
- Good Health
The center is open on the following days:
- Monday 8:00 a.m.to 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday CLOSED
- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Sunday CLOSED
