KEMPER COUNTY, Miss. — Two more have ben arrested in connection with the kidnapping of 6-year-old Jashayla Hopson from East Kemper Elementary School Tuesday according to reports. Currently their identities are not being released.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s office a hearing was scheduled Friday in relation to the case.
Former Kemper County High coach, Jessie Pollard, is charged with taking Hopson from the school. She appeared in federal court Thursday and was denied bond. Pollard is the cousin of Hopson’s mother. The investigation continues.
