Two Natchez Men Arrested for Raping Teen in Alabama

GULF SHORES, Alabama- Two Natchez men were arrested for raping a 14-year-old girl Tuesday night at Orange Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Alvion Terrill Sampson, 20, and John Brandon Sanders, 21, both of Natchez, were arrested Wednesday by Gulf Shores police and charged with first-degree rape, a Class A felony that could land them anywhere from 10 years to life in prison upon conviction.

The girl was found unconscious on Gulf Shores Parkway Wednesday morning by officers responding to a call of possible sexual assault.

Police told Alabama news, the guys met her Tuesday night and gave her alcohol, getting her drunk and supposedly raped the girl.

Following up on a vehicle description given by the victim after she received medical attention and regained consciousness, Gulf Shores police were able to find the men. They made a traffic stop Wednesday and the information provided by the occupants of the vehicle led to the arrest of one suspect and then the second suspect was located and arrested a few minutes later.

Gulf Shores police detectives are leading the investigation and are receiving forensic assistance by Mobile-based Federal Bureau of Investigation agents.

Sampson and Sanders were booked without bond into the Baldwin County Corrections Center in Alabama.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
