Women Beware: Men Pressuring You for a Ride Could be a Scam

LEE COUNTY, Miss.–If a man asks you for a ride or money, and after you say no he just won’t quit, call the police. It could be a scam or it could be dangerous. Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson said his office has gotten reports of that happening in Lee County.

So far, nothing bad has happened. The sheriff told WTVA that the man is a clean-cut black guy, 30 to 40 years old and physically fit. He’s been seen riding with a white guy in a silver SUV.

If you see them, call the police and don’t give him a ride, or your money.
