Two Added To The Fight Against Mississippi Wild Hog Overpopulation

Starkville–Mississippi State University’s Center for Resolving Human-Wildlife Conflicts names two new staff members to help you focus on the damage from wild hog overpopulation.

They are Steve Tucker and Cliff Covington. They are responsible for educating and preparing the public on how to reduce the damage caused by the overpopulation of wild hogs in Mississippi. Tucker and Covington will host seminars, workshops, and educational field days that will prepare you for dealing with the wild hogs.

MSU’s Center for Resolving Human-Wildlife Conflicts’ website state that feral pigs are the cause of agricultural damage costing up to $1.5 billion dollars annually.
