BILOXI, Miss – Lighting struck a recreational boat in the Mississippi Sound Sunday. None of the four people in it were hurt.
The Department of Marine Resources (DMR) said that even though the boat had some electrical damage, it still had power and didn’t need a tow to get it to shore. But just to be on safe side, DMR officers followed it from south of the Mississippi Coast Coliseum to the Biloxi Small Craft Harbor.
