JACKSON, Miss.- A Mississippi woman is furious with a Jackson daycare after her child was given to someone else.
Claire Mayronne was trying to pick up her 4-month-old child from the Mother’s Morning Out program at First Baptist Church however, when she got there her child was gone.
Mayronne told WLOX, “The teacher was holding another child and she said “he’s right here’. No that’s not my child, where is my child?”
According to Mayronne, the employees at the church had mistaken her son, Luke, and accidentally sent him home with another child’s grandmother.
Luckily for Mayronne, she was reunited with her son twenty minutes later.
At least one employee at the church has been fired over the incident.
